Playing Time For Each Division / Tournament:
The policy of minimum playing time in every game: On all the teams or age categories, a minimum of 25% playing time of the game during the first round of the tournament.
(During the quarterfinal, semifinal, and final games, the playing time for each player is the coach's decision).
The director of coaching may choose to reduce playing time even more for disciplinary reasons, (insubordination, unexcused tardiness or absence from practices, lack of commitment, etc...)
This policy is made clear to all the players and parents in advance.
